Quarters LA reimagined this dated 52-unit multiple-building property with a dramatic darker paint palate to hide the dated stucco design and HVAC units and replaced the wood siding with vinyl-colored siding that never fades or requires painting. We updated the entry gates, new railing design, all new lighting, and chose an affordable vinyl beige window for replacements. The dark background made the landscaping the star of the show.
