Every square foot of the Morrison property was redesigned to ooze old-world charm with modern durability. From the laundry chute to the quirky upstairs hallway and the ADU with a surprise loft and ladder Quarters LA used the 40’s feel of this original house to inform and inspire a unique home that still fit perfectly into the neighborhood. They took a 1404 sq foot home and with thoughtful additions turned it into a 3400 livable square foot home and full ADU in 16 months.
