Quarters LA reimagined this 7-apartment property with a dark paint palate to hide the 80’s stucco design. The cement slab behind the building was turned into a charming patio and gathering space for the tenants to enjoy and host friends. The interiors were gutted to create a more open floorplan with thoughtful kitchen design and charming bathroom tiles that differ in every 2-bedroom home. Barn doors were added to create more space and the fireplace surround was redone and finished with a slab of reclaimed barn wood.
